Terms:

Care Packages are subject to a minimum 12-month agreement (“Minimum Period”) with Future Care Consulting. Payment is processed via Stripe and consists of an initial payment followed by a minimum of 11 monthly payments. These will be charged via direct debit or the credit/debit card provided. You authorise Future Care Consulting to automatically debit your account or charge your card for these recurring payments. In case of early termination, payments will continue to be taken until the end of the Minimum Period. Future Care Limited reserves the right to modify these terms with notice. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods (the “Renewal Term”) unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the current term. Either Party may terminate this Agreement at the end of the current term by providing such written notice. The terms and conditions of this Agreement will remain in effect during each Renewal Term unless otherwise modified or terminated following the terms herein.
